The short answer

Corporate transportation is pre-arranged, chauffeured ground travel booked by a company rather than by the passenger — executive car service for the daily run, corporate limo service for client and board occasions, and Sprinters or coaches when the whole team moves together. LAAC Car Service runs all of it on one account: career chauffeurs, live 24/7 Customer Care, and one consolidated invoice across 600+ cities on six continents. No contract required.

Executive car service

The single-traveler workhorse. Daily executive commute, the board day, the 6:10am departure out of a private terminal — an executive car service run is one principal, one sedan or SUV, one chauffeur who has done the route before.

Travelers searching executive car service near me get whichever driver is closest. A corporate account gets the same chauffeur by request, a vehicle held against the calendar, and executive black car service standards on every vehicle: late-model, black on black, detailed before it leaves the yard.

Corporate limo service

The client dinner. The board offsite. The customer flown in for the contract signing. Corporate limo service is booked by the hour with a minimum-hour block, because the chauffeur stays with the party all evening — restaurant, venue, hotel — instead of being re-booked leg by leg.

For groups, executive limo service at LAAC means the VIP Sprinter Limo (10 passengers) or the CEO Jet Sprinter (7), custom-built with captain’s chairs, fold-out desks and a starlight headliner — not a stretch. It is the executive limousine service answer for a team that wants to arrive together and keep working on the way.

Corporate chauffeur service

The difference between corporate chauffeur service and a car with a driver is tenure. LAAC chauffeurs are career professionals, hand-vetted, uniformed, and trained on protocol — door, luggage, cabin temperature, silence when the call starts.

Your dedicated team picks up around the clock and already knows the regular runs and the names of the arrangers. No script, no transfer, no “let me pull up your account.” Same team next year, and the one after. Executive chauffeur service that does not reset every quarter.

Corporate transportation services

Multi-city IPO roadshows, the weekly board car, the daily executive commute — dispatched against your calendar, not ours. One dispatcher across the whole trip, briefings between every leg, live journey tracking the arranger can watch without calling anyone.

When the CFO flies New York to Frankfurt to São Paulo in a week, the experience does not degrade between cities. One company, one contact, one standard, one bill — corporate transportation services on the ground in 600+ cities across six continents, with per-traveler or per-cost-center breakdown on a single monthly invoice.

Business car service

You do not need a global travel program to book us. Business car service at LAAC starts at one traveler and one trip — a founder going to a pitch, two partners to a closing, a candidate flown in for a final round.

No contract, no minimum spend, no annual commitment. Book the first run through Book Now; if it goes the way it should, open an account and keep the same chauffeurs. Travelers who prefer a woman chauffeur can request one on any booking.

Enterprise accounts

Rates and service level.

Retail transfers start at $125 with live retail rates in every city. Enterprise accounts do not run on retail pricing — they run on their own negotiated rate card and a written service level, so corporate transportation services and executive car service are budgeted against numbers your finance team has already approved.

Negotiated rates

Your own rate card, separate from live retail pricing, applied across every city on the account.

Chauffeur details 2–24h out

Standard release is 2–24 hours before pickup. Enterprise accounts frequently get them sooner, and VIP or group events usually 24 hours in advance.

Automatic status updates

Chauffeur assigned and who they are, en route, arrived, passenger on board — pushed to the booker by email or SMS per your account setup.

One manager, one bill

One dedicated account manager, one online dashboard, and one consolidated invoice with per-traveler or per-cost-center breakdown.

FAQ

Corporate travel arrangers ask these.

Fleet and vehicles

What does your fleet look like — do you use the latest year and models?

Yes. We run one of the newest fleets in the industry and we replace vehicles on a rolling cycle rather than running them into the ground. That covers every tier of our chauffeur service: Business and First-Class Sedans, Business and First-Class SUVs, Executive Sprinters, VIP Sprinter Limos, CEO Jet Sprinters, and Mini, Mid and Motor Coaches. Every vehicle is late-model, black on black, and detailed before it leaves the yard.

What are your group transportation options for corporate events and meetings — board members, executives and VIP guests?

For board members, executives and VIP guests we run custom-built luxury Sprinters — the CEO Jet Sprinter seats 7, the VIP Sprinter Limo seats 10, and the Executive Sprinter seats 13 — with captain's chairs, fold-out desks and a starlight headliner. Above that, our group transportation services scale to the Mini Coach (20–24), Mid Coach (30–38) and Motor Coach (50–54). We only use the best in the industry at every tier, so a board offsite and an all-hands move on the same standard.

Pricing and billing

How is corporate transportation priced?

Retail transfers start at $125, and live retail rates are available for every city at the time of booking. Enterprise accounts are priced separately under their own negotiated rate card and SLA rather than retail pricing. A quote covers the vehicle class, the chauffeur, wait time, tolls and standard gratuity handling, so the number you approve is the number you are billed — whether the run is an executive car service transfer or a full multi-day program. Hourly work carries a minimum-hour booking.

We can't have the word "limo" on our expenses and billing — is that a problem?

No. Nothing on your billing reads "limo" — invoices, line items and card descriptors all present as corporate car service. We have worked with corporate accounts and accounts-payable departments for over a decade, so we know the expense-policy rules and what a coding team needs to see. If your finance team needs a specific descriptor or cost-center format, tell your account manager and we will set it up on the account.

Is it really one bill, one standard, one company we deal with?

Yes. Our standards are the same in every market, and you deal with one company rather than a chain of local subcontractors. You log into one online dashboard, you have one account manager on your enterprise account, and you reach a reservations team that often knows you by voice with your details and preferences already stored on your profile. Corporate transportation services across 600+ cities land on one consolidated invoice with per-traveler or per-cost-center breakdown.

Chauffeurs and standards

When do we get the chauffeur's information so we know who the chauffeur is?

Chauffeur details are released 2–24 hours before pickup as standard. Enterprise accounts can frequently get them sooner, and for VIP and group events we can usually get that information to you 24 hours in advance. On an airport car service run you also get the chauffeur's name, photo and vehicle by SMS on arrival, so nobody is hunting the curb.

Do we get status updates — chauffeur assigned, en route, arrived, on board?

Yes, and it is automatic. Our corporate chauffeur service pushes a status update at every stage: chauffeur assigned and who they are, chauffeur en route, chauffeur arrived, and passenger on board. As the booker you receive these by email or SMS depending on how your account is set up, so you can confirm a principal is moving without calling anyone.

Do all your chauffeurs speak English?

Yes. Every chauffeur in the United States must pass a language test before they can work for us — it is a condition of joining our chauffeur service, not a preference. We also have chauffeurs who speak a range of other languages; tell your account manager which language you need and we will match it where we have coverage.

Are your chauffeurs suited and properly dressed?

Yes — a full suit, every time. Standards across the industry have slipped since rideshare arrived, and holding the line on presentation is part of what separates a luxury chauffeur service from a car with a driver. Our chauffeurs are uniformed, trained on protocol, and turned out the same way for a 5am airport run as for a board dinner.

What if a principal wants a lower-key chauffeur where it isn't obvious they're the chauffeur?

We get this request regularly and we accommodate it. Tell us the look you need and we will have the chauffeur dress to fit the setting rather than reading as a private chauffeur on sight. This has to be arranged in advance so the chauffeur is briefed before dispatch — it cannot be changed at the curb.

Do you have women chauffeurs for our women executives and their families?

Yes. We run a women chauffeur program set up for exactly this, and it is available on request for women executives and their families. Preferred chauffeurs are stored per city on your account profile and updated as you tell us, so an executive car service booking in a repeat city goes to a chauffeur the traveler already knows. Preferred-chauffeur requests are honored whenever scheduling allows.

Positioning and special requirements

What's the difference between a chauffeur service and a luxury chauffeur service?

A luxury chauffeur service is boutique and curated end to end — the fleet, the hand-vetted chauffeurs, and the account profile behind every booking. We are not a big-box operator matching a car to a job. If the principal wants a specific drink in every ride, it goes on the profile and it is there. A quiet ride — no music, no conversation unless spoken to — is our default, and anything else is set on the profile. Whatever the requirement is, we build it into the account rather than asking the traveler to repeat it.

Do you offer secure ground transportation for HNWIs, government officials and VIPs?

Yes. For high-net-worth individuals, government officials and VIP principals we work with specialist secure-transport partners who do this as their core discipline, in the United States and particularly in high-risk regions. Requirements are scoped with your account manager in advance so the right partner and the right ground transportation service is in place before the traveler moves.

What is corporate transportation?

Corporate transportation is pre-arranged, chauffeured ground travel booked by a company rather than by the passenger — the daily executive run, client and board occasions, airport transfers, and Sprinters or coaches when a whole team moves together. It is billed to the company on account instead of expensed ride by ride, which is why arrangers care about invoicing, reporting and chauffeur standards as much as the vehicle. LAAC Car Service runs all of it on one account across 600+ cities.
