Private events are quoted as a flat package based on your timeline and stop list. Gratuity, fuel, parking, tolls, and wait time are included. The host knows the number before guests arrive.
Your coordinator confirms the run sheet in writing, briefs the chauffeur(s), and stays reachable on event night. If a plan changes mid-evening, the chauffeur extends in real time at the same flat rate. - What kinds of private events do you handle?
- Birthdays and milestone parties, anniversaries, family reunions, holiday outings, bachelor and bachelorette parties, religious milestones, retirement parties, and private dinners.
- How far in advance should we book?
- Two to six weeks for most private events. Stretch limousines and large Sprinters in peak season (holiday + spring/summer) book up faster — earlier is always better.
- Can the chauffeur wait at the venue?
- Yes. Private events are booked hourly with the chauffeur and vehicle assigned to you for the full window. Unlimited wait time at every stop, included in the rate.
- Multiple vehicles for one event?
- Yes — a sedan for the guests of honor, Sprinters for the larger group, all on one coordinated run sheet. Common for milestone birthdays and family reunions.
- Can we make multiple stops in one night?
- Yes. Dinner, then a venue, then dessert, then home — all on the same hourly booking. The chauffeur stays with you the whole night.
