Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By reserving a chauffeur through LAAC Car Service — online, by phone, by chat, by email, or through any enterprise portal — you agree to these Terms of Service and to all billing, cancellation, wait-time, and communication policies below. Completing a reservation constitutes your electronic acceptance of this agreement.

2. Billing & Statement Descriptor

Charges appear on your statement as SoHo / Southern Hospitality.

All billing, credit card processing, invoicing, and receipts are handled by SoHo / Southern Hospitality on behalf of LAAC Car Service. You acknowledge this billing descriptor at the time of booking and agree not to dispute charges on the basis of the descriptor name.

3. Cancellation & No-Show Policy

Cancellations made outside the applicable cutoff window are not charged. Cancellations made inside the cutoff window are billed in full at the transfer or hourly minimum rate. Missed connections, no-shows, and last-minute diversions are treated as no-shows and billed in full.

4. Wait Time

Airport arrivals include 60 minutes complimentary wait on international flights and 30 minutes on domestic. Clock starts at gate time. All other pickups include 15 minutes complimentary wait. Time beyond the complimentary window is billed at the applicable hourly rate in 15-minute increments.

5. Additional Fees

Applicable fees may include tolls, parking, airport meet-and-greet ($50), extra stops ($50 each), pet fee if unsecured ($50), booster seat ($25), and phone/chat booking service fee ($25 per traveler). Cleaning and damage fees may apply for spills, smoking, or damage caused during the trip. Gratuity is at your discretion unless otherwise noted on your reservation.

6. Chauffeur Communication

Chauffeurs cannot quote, guarantee, or modify pricing. Only official system-generated charges are guaranteed. For any pricing, billing, or reservation change, contact Reservations directly via chat, email, or phone.

7. Chargebacks & Dispute Resolution

If you have any concern about a charge, you agree to contact LAAC Car Service Reservations first so it can be reviewed and resolved directly. Filing a chargeback without first contacting us is a breach of these terms. You expressly acknowledge that the billing descriptor SoHo / Southern Hospitality is disclosed at booking, in your confirmation email, and on this Terms page, and you waive any dispute grounded in the descriptor name.

8. Service Standard & Five Star Alliance

LAAC Car Service maintains its 4.9-star chauffeur standard across its in-house fleet and its vetted Five Star Alliance partner network in 600+ cities worldwide. Every partner is held to the same vehicle, chauffeur, and dispatch standards.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Louisiana, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute not resolved directly with LAAC Reservations shall be brought in the state or federal courts located in Louisiana.
